mixed feelings about this stay
missing desk slow wi-fi
I was disappointed by the lack of a proper desk in the room. i needed to do some work, and there was no comfortable place to set up my laptop. also, i found it odd that all the rooms were on the ground floor. I prefer a bit more privacy and a higher vantage point. the staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow.

The hotel provides easy access to public transport. The tram stops very close to the hotel. I found the staff helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and stylish.
The room lacked a refrigerator. I would have liked to store drinks and snacks.

comfy bed friendly staff ground floor site information
the breakfast was decent. the staff were friendly and accommodating to me. the beds was very comfy, i slept great. the room was clean and quiet.
the hotel is on ground floor. the views was of a grocery store and the parkade. i think this information should have been on the site as some people may not be comfortable with that.

friendly staff public transportation clean rooms comfortable bed
i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful . the hotel's proximity to public transportation, including trams and buses, made exploring the city easy. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the comfortable bed. the hotel also decorated our room because it was a special occasion, and they provided drinks tokens.
the rooms lacked a desk, a fridge, and a luggage rack, requiring me to request an iron.

staff was attentive and cute at all times, and gave helpful information on getting around the city, which i found very useful. requests were addressed quickly. the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
